Required Skills: •Develop, own, and execute strategic account plans for assigned health systems and IDNs aligned with national and regional priorities. •Drive system-level engagement focused on AD diagnosis pathways, care coordination, and infrastructure readiness. •Identify opportunities and barriers within health systems that impact patient access, referral flow, and operational adoption. •Serve as the primary point of contact for health system stakeholders related to system strategy and execution. •Identify, map, and engage key stakeholders including executive leadership, clinical leaders, pharmacy leadership, P&T influencers, care pathway owners, and operational decision-makers. •Facilitate discussions that support pathway optimization, interdisciplinary coordination, and sustainable care models. •Navigate complex health system environments with professionalism, adaptability, and strategic intent. •Educate stakeholders on best practices for building and scaling infrastructure that supports proactive diagnosis and early intervention in AD. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. •5–7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience. •Proven experience in account management, health system engagement, or complex stakeholder environments. •Demonstrated understanding of IDN and health system dynamics. •Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in ambiguity and within a matrixed organization. •Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. •Patient-centric approach to health system transformation. •Commitment to continuous learning and sharing best practices. •Resilient, adaptable, and solutions oriented.
