The ideal individual will have a proven track record of excellent project delivery. •Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders, including oversight of the overall construction effort and progress reporting. •Own and manage contracts and budgets for direct contracts as assigned, ensuring alignment with cost budgets. •Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. •Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits. •Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues. •Proactively manage risks related to construction project execution and HES, coordinating GC actions on risk as necessary. •Actively facilitate and support design process by reviewing drawings against project requirements, assessing constructability, and providing construction input during early project phases. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction. •Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience •The following certifications are preferred OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500/510, BCSP Qualified Credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST), and CPR. •Proven experience in implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans. •Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently, and on time. •Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members. •Ensure key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained. •On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our clients' needs.* •Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
