Required Skills: •Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 •The HSE Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. It drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a strong safety culture, zero-accident mindset in the organization. •Essential Function: •Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. •Maintains all required permits, records, and reporting in a timely manner. •Lead Audits (Internal & External) and respond to non-conformances identified. •Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, procedures, and standards. •Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and change management. •Communicates and ensures awareness of any hazards in workplace with all employees. •Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis. •Coordinate and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors. •Contractor Management. •Ensure continuous education regarding safety practices. •Drive programs that build a proactive safety culture. •Lead Safety Team Committee Meetings.
