It demands an above average ability and desire to communicate in email, via JIRA ticketing response or over the phone. •Participate in requirement gathering, defining scope and objectives of business requirements, including documentation of requirements (i.e. use cases) and relevant translation into system requirement specifications. •Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned reporting system, internally and with members or external customers. •Lead and oversee the execution of full reporting lifecycle from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. •Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience •A current Epic certification in Cogito or Clarity.
