Required Skills: •Plan, design, and implement cable television headend systems for service center operations. •Install, configure, and integrate Cisco DNCS, Motorola DAC, and related headend equipment. •Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure system reliability and performance. •Support DOCSIS implementation and configuration, including CMTS, DSG RADD, and TSBroadcaster. •Oversee CATV RF coax distribution systems (amplifiers, splitters, RF switches, combiners, signal level meters). •Configure and maintain IP network elements associated with headend systems. •Interface directly with customers to resolve technical issues and provide system support. •Document configurations, changes, and maintenance activities; prepare reports as needed.
