Required Skills: •Strategic Design, Planning and Execution •Partners with WM-US senior management to develop; implement and drive strategic priorities, both internally and externally. •Serves as key firm leader to drive strategic initiatives to generate results – partners with the Wealth Strategies and Solutions Group, other solution areas (GMR, PAG, CAL, Fixed Income, etc.), and Divisional field leaders to establish key objectives, and drive firm wide priorities in the field and home office. •Continually stays abreast of marketplace trends and issues gathered through external and internal networks. Actively monitors and reports on the competitive environment and WM-US’ competitive position. •Assists product management teams in understanding the field perspective and developing strategy and plans. •Recruitment, Training & Development •Trains, develops and assesses the effectiveness of the Client Strategies Team’s structure across all Divisions. •Leads the development of key messages for the teams to deliver in the field to ensure consistency of message, efficiency and effectiveness.
