You’ll manage a dynamic international team, define key KPIs, and ensure a premium, compliant player journey that aligns with business goals and regulatory standards. •Lead, motivate, and develop the VIP team to deliver best-in-class player service. •Design and execute the VIP strategy across multiple markets and brands, aligned with growth targets. •Oversee day-to-day VIP operations and performance across regulated jurisdictions. •Define and monitor KPIs related to player engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue. •Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier players to maximize long-term value. •Partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless VIP experience. •Implement segmentation, loyalty, and reward strategies to enhance player lifetime value.
