Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, training, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. •Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable training initiatives. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making. •In-depth knowledge of turbomachinery principles, operations, and maintenance practices. Knowledge of Siemens Energy and legacy equipment preferred. •Travel Requirements: 5%-10%, including international travel. •Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa. •Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
