Required Skills: •Lead a team of seasoned talent acquisition professionals to support R&D hiring at Asana. •Driving operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team to enable the timely delivery of business objectives through high quality hiring. •This role will also closely partner with R&D Leadership, People Team leadership, Finance, and the rest of talent acquisition leadership in defining and developing world-class assessment, reporting, and talent engagement strategies. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
