Continually monitor. •Provide consulting services to businesses on E,H,S, insurance and risk management issues. •Evaluate, negotiate and select commercial and personal lines insurance programs to include coverages, limits, retention levels, strong carriers, cost, service, etc., and communicate to appropriate parties. •Lead, manage and perform administrative duties associated with the organization’s captive insurance companies. •Lead the Enterprise Risk Management process to ensure the organization’s most significant risks are identified and mitigated. •Oversee claims management activities. •Review insurance provisions in major business & financial contracts. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (Risk Management Degree Preferred); Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred. •CPCU, ARM or CRM preferred. •Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. •Strong problem resolution and analytical abilities. •Comprehensive expertise in Risk Management for a large, complex organization to include commercial insurance placement and E,H,S in a corporate role (preferred) or consulting role. •In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages. •Management experience with captive insurance companies and Enterprise Risk Management processes. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to make quick and practical decisions. •The Starting Salary Range: $350k-$420k with bonus eligibility.
