Shape and execute GTM strategy alongside the CEO, CRO, and CFO: define what to sell and where, and use AI driven data to inform revenue decisions. •Own the Numbers. Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting infrastructure that uses AI driven analytics and predictive modeling, giving leadership a real time, forward-looking view of the business. •Work in the Field. Partner directly with Global Sales Leaders and Account Executives in the field: embed with their teams, remove blockers, and coach live deals. Their success in the field is the clearest measure of this role's success. •Architect the Sales Engine. Design and govern the systems, processes, and Salesforce architecture that run the sales organization. Use AI and automation to remove friction and surface signal. Own compensation plan design and governance to keep incentives aligned with strategy. •Align GTM End to End. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to synchronize roadmaps, campaigns, and programs with sales execution, using shared data to sharpen targeting, messaging, and product fit. •Build the Team. Own the GTM plan built to maximize growth: team structure, hiring, onboarding, and enablement programs that improve execution and shorten ramp time.
