Required Skills: •Daher is seeking to hire a Head of Operations to join our new TBM Final Assembly Line in Stuart, Florida. The Head of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management of production within their unit, ensuring that parts/products are delivered in the required quantity and quality, while meeting deadlines and cost targets. •Demonstrated capacity to travel for up to 2-3 months in Europe (during the transfer phase) is a required part of this position. •Operations Management •Lead, optimize, and coordinate production resources and activities to proactively ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. •Oversee and manage the organization of the Production Unit (UAP). •Coordinate and align resources with other departments such as Maintenance, Equipment, Planning, Logistics, and Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues and/or improve processes. •Leadership & People Management •Lead and motivate teams, fostering a rigorous delegation framework. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 10+ years of aerospace experience.
