Qualifications: •A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is required. •Master’s degree MBA strongly preferred. •Deep operational knowledge of the USM business sector, including its specific market dynamics, technical complexities, and regulatory challenges in the US. •Demonstrated capacity to oversee all facilities operations, global warehouse operations and experience with 3PL. •History of successful revenue growth with ability to build to scale. •Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple legal entities or complex matrix organizations simultaneously. •Understand accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital. planning management. •Enthusiasm, credibility, communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. •Demonstrate strategic leadership ability, tenacity, resilience, and conviction, and are willing to go the distance to get something done excellently. •High degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to use influence – not authority – to listen and understand the needs of managers and employees with the ability to build a strong management team.
