Required Skills: •Departmental Leadership & Operational Planning •Establish departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, delivery priorities, and performance expectations in line with approved IT strategy and organizational policies. •Translate approved infrastructure roadmaps into operational plans, resource assignments, schedules, and measurable departmental outcomes. •Make implementation decisions within delegated authority and escalate matters that require broader functional or enterprise direction. •Provide recommendations to senior IT leadership regarding infrastructure architecture, operational risk, service improvement, and technology investment. •Manage the reliable and secure delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center and hosting services, identity platforms, endpoint management, collaboration infrastructure, and server services. •Coordinate the work of multiple infrastructure disciplines and ensure clear ownership, effective handoffs, and consistent operating practices. •Monitor service availability, capacity, performance, supportability, technical debt, and lifecycle risk, implementing corrective plans where required. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. •Significant experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced technical professionals and/or subordinate managers. •Demonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and operational improvements within approved strategy, budget, and governance. •Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations. •Solid functional working knowledge of ITSM processes and platforms, including Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Request, and Access Management. •Strong written, verbal, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and recommendations to senior management. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain security clearance if required. •The description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.
