Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience managing corporate office environments; automotive or manufacturing-adjacent industry. •Demonstrated success in delivering capital and tenant improvement projects on time and on budget. •Strong knowledge of building systems, lease administration, vendor management, and facilities compliance requirements. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. •Proficiency with facilities management software (CMMS, CAFM, or similar platforms) •CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP designation through IFMA. •LEED accreditation or experience managing green/sustainable facilities programs. •Operational familiarity with automotive corporate environments or Tier 1 supplier organizations. •This position is based at corporate headquarters in Troy, MI with regular travel (estimated 20–30%) to satellite office locations. •Some after-hours and weekend availability may be required to support facility emergencies, project milestones, or critical maintenance activities across time zones.
