Substantial multi-territory commercial affairs experience, with a focus on development and growth opportunities, is required. •A comprehensive understanding of international film and television agreements, development and production methodologies, market practices, guild regulations, contract law and intellectual property is essential. Excellent drafting, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. •The successful candidate will manage a high-volume workload effectively, operate within corporate parameters, remain calm under pressure, build strong internal relationships, advise senior executives in time-sensitive situations, and apply strategic thinking and risk analysis to drive effective business solutions. Qualifications: •Qualified to practice law in at least 1 LATAM jurisdiction and/or US. •Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese •A thorough understanding of LATAM entertainment industry customs and practices with multiple years’ experience in entertainment deal making, representing or working for a major scripted production company, studio or network •Comprehensive expertise in various international scripted, unscripted and film media business models. •Trusted and established relationships with LATAM agents, lawyers and production companies. •Commercial and business affairs expertise. •Demonstrated capacity to understand and devise new business models. •Deep interest in technology and innovation. •You must be enthusiastic and have a track record of demonstrating sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
