Required Skills: •Service Line Leadership & Growth •Own the strategic direction, growth, and financial performance of VMG Health’s ASC consulting service line within the framework of the broader firm’s growth initiatives. •Develop and manage a book of business through new client relationships, repeat engagements, referrals, and expansion of existing client relationships. •Identify market opportunities and develop service offerings that address evolving needs across the ASC industry. •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, ASC operators, physicians, private equity stakeholders, health systems, and other industry leaders. •Represent VMG Health as a senior ASC subject matter expert through industry conferences, speaking engagements, publications, professional organizations, and other external forums. •Lead and participate in ASC consulting engagements, serving as a senior advisor and applying direct ASC operating experience to develop practical, actionable recommendations. •Oversee consulting solutions across strategic planning, ASC development, operational performance, financial analysis and pro forma modeling, facility development, compliance, performance improvement, business turnarounds, and licensing, certification, and accreditation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, business administration, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within an ambulatory surgery environment. •Previous healthcare consulting experience with a track record of selling and delivering consulting engagements. •Proven business development experience, including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding client engagements. •In-depth knowledge of the ASC operating environment, industry dynamics, and regulatory landscape. •Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 70% based on client and business needs. •Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. •Master’s degree in nursing, health administration, business administration, or a related field.
