Required Skills: •Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for all ERP Commercial products, aligning with Zoetis' overall business strategy and goals. •Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and shape the product vision. •Lead the execution of the SAP Commercial strategy, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects. •Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. •Ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and validated according to industry standards. •Ensure all financial controls and compliance measures are met within the SAP environment. •Ensure collaboration and integration with the Commercial delivery organization for effective use of the SAP Hybris platforms. •Implement and manage DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAP Commercial function. Qualifications: •Comprehensive expertise in SAP O2C modules (SAP SD, MM) and related SAP solutions (Vistex, FICO and SAP S/4HANA) with 15 years of proven experience. •Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices and tools. •Operational familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial controls in the SAP environment. •This role will require occasional weekend working to meet customer needs for minimizing business impact of change.
