Location: Temple, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 10:46:28 About the job Required Skills: •Provide end-to-end leadership of all brewery operations including brewing all recipes to specification and complete accurate production records. •Lead hands-on brewing, centrifuging or DE filtration, yeast management and propagation, soda production, cleaning, sanitation, and packaging into kegs, cans, and bottles. •Manage yeast, including proper handling and propagation, and support soda production. •Receive deliveries, maintain inventory records, and help manage production in brewery systems. •Operate a forklift and brewery equipment safely and responsibly. •Clean and sanitize vessels, equipment, and brewery work areas using proper chemical-handling practices. •Coach Assistant Brewers and reinforce consistent, efficient brewery practices. •Maintain BJ’s standard for quality, safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance.
