Qualifications: •Proven experience leading or supporting Dayforce implementations, preferably involving multiple countries, multiple entities, or complex enterprise environments. •Operational familiarity with Workday, including integration or dual-platform environments between Workday and Dayforce, is highly preferred. •Own the technical configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Dayforce Payroll, Timekeeping, and Scheduling modules. •Lead global Dayforce implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, configuration review, vendor management, testing, data validation, and deployment activities. •Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Dayforce and business systems including HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and reporting platforms. •Partner with international stakeholders, project leads, and consultants to ensure scalable, compliant, and globally aligned workforce management solutions. •High-impact, highly visible role reporting into a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. •Recognized as a best place to work year after year by different organizations including Forbes •Generous vacation, healthcare, and 401(k) with match •What does this position pay?
