Hiring: GTO US Customs Analyst Company: Aptiv Location: El Paso, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:27:23 About the job Experience: •2 years of experience in U.S. customs operations, trade compliance, or logistics Required Skills: •Oversee daily U.S. import and export transactions, including In-Bond and Consumption Entries •Monitor and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and data •Execute post-entry activities, including corrections, protests, and reconciliation filings •Maintain proper recordkeeping and documentation logs in compliance with CBP regulations •Conduct entry audits and duty rate analysis to ensure classification accuracy and cost control •Partner cross-functionally with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance •Prepare and report monthly customs-related financials, including journal vouchers and invoice processing •Support Partner Government Agency (PGA) reporting and other regulatory requirements Qualifications: •High School diploma required •Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. customs operations, trade compliance, or logistics •In-depth knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, entry processes, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification •Operational familiarity with post-entry procedures and customs audit requirements •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP or GTS experience preferred •Excellent communication and analytical skills •Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities •Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required •Competitive compensation with bonus potential •Learning and development opportunities Compensation: •Competitive compensation with bonus potential Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
