Hiring: GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst – Channel Sales Company: Ramp Location: Miami, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:53:21 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Apex, Embedded Systems, HubSpot, Linear, Program Management, Project Management, Salesforce, Snowflake About the job Experience: •5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company Required Skills: •Own partner GTM systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them and their operational health •Build and deploy the Salesforce automation behind them: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets and approvals •Own partner attribution from first touch to payout: referral capture, deal registration, partner-to-opportunity linkage and monthly partner payouts •Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment and partner attribution, spanning Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato •Prioritize incoming requests against ROI.
