Required Skills: •As a key member of the security leadership team, the GSOC Supervisor is expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. The Supervisor will provide guidance and support to GSOC personnel while helping maintain a high level of operational readiness and service. •The GSOC operates 24/7/365, so this role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position is based on-site at the Corsicana facility, with a regular schedule of 2:00 PM–10:00 PM •Provide strong leadership to Security Operations Center Operators. •Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to improve operator skill sets and ensure high-quality work. •Ensure accountability, attendance, and punctuality of Security Operations Center Operators. •Manage scheduling for team members. •May perform the duties of a superior in their absence, when appointed by the management team. •Participate in new hire orientation and present information to new employees. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required. •Two (2) years of experience in a public emergency services field or agency (police, fire, or ambulance dispatch), private security, armed forces, IT, or another related field preferred. •Associate’s degree or relevant certification in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. •U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. •Demonstrated capacity to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. •Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification required. •Demonstrated capacity to speak, read, and write English; Spanish proficiency preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to make rapid, accurate decisions, often with limited information. •Demonstrated capacity to triage and resolve emergency incidents while remaining calm and professional in high-stress situations. •Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
