Required Skills: •Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls. •Monitor CCTV, to protect the building and assets, also to prevent or help stop any crime from occurring. •Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters) and dispatch security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed via phone and radio. •Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company’s confidentiality and information security practices •Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift, and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed. •Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) •Monitor threat and risk intelligence sources to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially could impact operations, facilities, and employees globally •Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. •Operational familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask. •Basic proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems. •Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions •Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. •Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. •Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) &/or be able to possess within 180 days of hire •Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures.
