Hiring: Growth Data Analyst Company: Forum Mobility Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:47:40 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Salesforce About the job Experience: •1-2 years of relevant experience •2 years of relevant experience Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support Development and Commercial teams in evaluating and scoring the suitability of prospective sites for addition to Forum's portfolio, combining market knowledge with quantitative analysis. •Leverage GIS tools and AI coding and publicly available and privately subscribed datasets to design and optimize depot networks across Heavy-Duty (HD), Medium-Duty (MD), Light-Duty (LD), and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) segments nationwide. •Analyze data from BCOs and shippers to identify high-density routes and support identification of depot locations. •Develop data-driven location strategies to guide the Development team and support expansion planning and infrastructure deployment. •Maintain and continue to build a strong working understanding of real estate/infrastructure development markets relevant to site selection. •Energy Rate Analysis & Market Optimization •Identify and track energy/utility rates across different markets, and help evaluate and optimize rate structures on Forum's behalf. •Own the end-to-end process of tariff analysis across states and market segments, consolidating inputs from Finance, Product, and Policy teams.
