Required Skills: •· Lead the overall creative vision and strategy across all company brands. •· Oversee the conceptualization of integrated campaign concepts, key visuals, and brand platforms. •· Align Packaging, Creative, and Content teams through scalable design systems and standardizing brief intake workflows. •· Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Executive Leadership to bring business strategies to life through creative. •· Provide creative leadership for wholesale marketing, retail activations, shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and experiential campaigns. •· Identify emerging consumer, design, and cultural trends to keep brands modern and competitive. •· Champion the adoption of creative tech, AI workflows, and DAM to drive cross brand scaling. •· Establish resource prioritization to balance high impact flagship campaigns with high volume requests.
