Hiring: Grocery Coordinator Company: Bass Pro Shops Location: Branson, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 23:13:11 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Move About the job Required Skills: •The Grocery Coordinator will place orders by the given due date, as well as monitor the movement of product in and out of Nature’s Wonders. •Completes and sends the KeHE & UNFI orders due to be sent by Wednesdays at 9:30 am and Friday by end of day. •Completes and sends the following additional orders as needed: Backroads Granola, Smart Cakes, Cafe Altura, Sunfood, Spry/Xlear, Handy Pantry, Ozark Natural Bread, KC Buffalo, Alberts, Storm Honey Farm and any others that are needed. (list not comprehensive). •Checks grocery customer requests weekly and add items as needed. Follow up with customers accordingly. •Places and merchandises new grocery items as they arrive. •Runs Item Movement reports, closeout slow sellers and keep sections fresh and functional. •Resets grocery endcaps each month/season. •Utilizes SPINS data where applicable to determine new items to bring in. Qualifications: •Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at one time. •The ability to move freely around your workspace. •Sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing may be necessary physical requirements for this position. •Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
