As a secondary responsibility, the Specialist will support the development and execution of HCM's social media strategy and provide project management support for Communications & Marketing initiatives. •The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands that great design is more than making something look good. It should communicate clearly, reflect the HCM brand, engage the intended audience, and ultimately help advance the mission of leading addicts and their families to become fully devoted followers of Christ. •Graphic Design & Visual Communications •Develop high-quality graphics and visual assets that support HCM's ministry, communications, marketing, recruiting, fundraising, and organizational initiatives. •Create digital and print materials including social media graphics, event materials, presentations, advertisements, internal communications, promotional materials, campaigns, and ministry resources. •Maintain consistency with HCM's established brand standards, visual identity, typography, color palette, and messaging. •Translate written concepts, campaign objectives, and ministry stories into compelling visual communications. •Partner cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, Development, HR, Admissions, and other departments to identify and fulfill creative needs. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video editing. •In-depth knowledge of visual composition, typography, branding, color, layout, and visual storytelling. •Proficiency with professional graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DiVinci, Final Cut and WordPress. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and work independently. •Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment. •Commitment to the mission, values, and culture of Hope Center Ministries.
