This individual will play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, guiding regional teams, and strengthening customer and retail partnerships to maximize market success. •Promote growth and enhance end-user satisfaction in Company’s counterbalance products. •Establish and prioritize goals, objectives, and procedures for all sales activities across the Americas. •Lead, support, and oversee Regional Managers of Counterbalance Sales. •Drive retail focus and customer visits to maximize effectiveness and ensure strong brand presence. •Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability. •Build new accounts while developing strategies to maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships. •Monitor and improve profit margins through effective pricing, sales tactics, and market positioning. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree (Sales or Business) •Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED •Job requires an employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business <20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday. •Eight years of prior field sales experience. •Detailed understanding of Company’s sales operations. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
