Required Skills: •This position is ideal for a compliance professional who thrives in a fast-paced consumer goods environment and enjoys solving complex trade and customs challenges. •Customs Auditing & Broker Support •Perform U.S. and Canadian customs audits, including CBP Form 7501 and Canadian Customs Accounting Documents (CAD) reviews. •Review entries for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with customs brokers and internal stakeholders. •Facilitate customs broker requests for missing or required information, including HTS classifications, country of origin, anti-dumping validation, TSCA requests, and other documentation required for customs clearance. •HTS Classification & Trade Compliance Data •Assist with HTS classification and maintain accurate classifications and Customs Category Codes across applicable SKUs. •Support trade compliance master data within ERP, Global Trade Management, and other applicable systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Customs & Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. •Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs regulations, HTS/HTSUS classification, customs valuation, country of origin rules, and tariff programs. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. •Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. •Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or working toward licensure is a plus •Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or working toward certification is a plus Compensation: •$70,000 - $80,000 / year •Medical, dental, vision, 401K plan & access to health & wellness programs Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
