Required Skills: •This position is ideal for a compliance professional who thrives in a fast-paced consumer goods environment and enjoys solving complex trade and customs challenges. •Customs Auditing & Broker Support •Perform U.S. and Canadian customs audits, including CBP Form 7501 and Canadian Customs Accounting Documents (CAD) reviews. •Review entries for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with customs brokers and internal stakeholders. •Facilitate customs broker requests for missing or required information, including HTS classifications, country of origin, anti-dumping validation, TSCA requests, and other documentation required for customs clearance. •HTS Classification & Trade Compliance Data •Assist with HTS classification and maintain accurate classifications and Customs Category Codes across applicable SKUs. •Support trade compliance master data within ERP, Global Trade Management, and other applicable systems.
