Qualifications: •Executive-level experience leading talent management or related People disciplines in a complex, global organization, delivering measurable business impact. •Demonstrated capacity to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, and talent investment decisions. •Strong business acumen, executive influence, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and shape enterprise outcomes. •Professional services or engineering consulting experience is an asset.
