This role owns end-to-end recruiting delivery across a spectrum of technical and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to support astronomical business growth. •This is a high-autonomy role for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable running their own desk, managing multiple concurrent searches, and operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and globally distributed environment. It will be based in Herndon, VA, Austin, TX or Denver, CO on a hybrid 3x/week schedule. •Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance •Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions •Where possible, drive proactive sourcing strategies •Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications to curate a high-quality experience for all participants in the hiring process •Lead offer processes in partnership with HR and Hiring Managers, including compensation discussions and close Qualifications: •Develop and maintain a strong understanding of labor markets, notice periods, compensation norms, and hiring practices •Advise on country-specific hiring considerations in partnership with HR and legal teams •Support hiring in both established and emerging markets as the business expands •Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Rippling), ensuring compliance and data integrity •Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction •Partner closely with global TA peers, HR Partners and other XFN teams where necessary •Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, playbooks, and process improvements •Support employer branding and referral efforts Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Herndon, VA) •120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Austin, TX) •120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Denver, CO) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
