Facilitates knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. •Provides training and support to HM SMEs and international partner project managers and teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices. •Provides training and support on implemented solutions to ensure effective usage and adoption. Offers ongoing support to address any challenges or questions that arise post-implementation. Qualifications: •Strong healthcare project management, advisory, business development, or client relationship management experience. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex international workstreams with executive-level communication and follow-through. •Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written communication required).
