We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together. •Lead and oversee posting on UGG owned social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms), including mornings, nights, and weekends as needed •Accurately add tags, links, and creative elements to posts, ensuring optimal timing and performance •Partner with the Social Media Manager for excellence in execution •Manage community engagement across UGG accounts, fostering brand love and positive sentiment •Act as the connection point between the brand and the social community, interacting with talent, influencers, editorial outlets, consumers, and fans •Participate in UGG-related conversations, answer customer inquiries, and identify trends in fan feedback and competitive strategy •Contribute to social media reports, pulling data and adding insights Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant internship experience •Knowledge of the social media landscape and intricacies of each platform •Eager to learn and grow within the social media industry, always seeking ways to maximize brand-community connection •Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and project management skills •Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills •Demonstrated capacity to develop positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders •Proven relationship skills with influencers and cross-functional teams •Problem-solver, able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment •Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Demonstrated capacity to travel and work nights and weekends as necessary Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
