Sage Copilot is a prime example. •Own multi-country benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs with influence over program design, governance, renewals, supplier performance, and colleague experience. •Work on the issues benefits leaders are solving now: rising health care costs, affordability, compliance, vendor value, program effectiveness, and helping colleagues better understand and use their benefits. •Partner directly with Benefits Administration team, HR/People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Procurement teams giving you visibility across both the business and employee-experience side of benefits strategy. •Continue to grow your career within a stable, global SaaS company guided by our mantra “we do the right thing” and values: Human, Bold, Trust, and Simplify, with 40 paid volunteer hours through Sage Foundation. •Design & Governance •Design and evolve benefits programs in line with the Global Benefits Strategy, including defining and implementing Global Minimum Standards and inclusive benefits frameworks. Qualifications: •Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market) •Significant experience designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs across multiple countries, with strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits. •Proven experience managing third-party brokers and suppliers. •In-depth knowledge of benefits, wellbeing and recognition compliance and taxation requirements. •Knowledge of benefits management systems (Darwin and/or similar third-party system) •Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. •Excellent relationship builder, supplier management and negotiation capabilities, including experience managing large contracts and partnering with Procurement and Legal teams. •Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across global time zones. •Highly organized, impact-oriented and able to manage priorities effectively •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
