Conduct risk assessments and translate findings into proportional mitigation strategies. Build programs and standards that scale as Faire grows into new geographies. Direct the design of physical security systems for new / existing workplaces. •Security Operations & Incident Response: oversee day-to-day security operations programs, including guard services relationships and access control policies. Own incident response, investigation, and follow-up from initial assessment through resolution. Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans across all locations. •Travel Risk Management: build and operate a travel risk program that gives employees the information and support they need before and during travel, domestically and internationally. Assess risk for travel to elevated-risk destinations and define clear escalation and support protocols. Partner with People Ops and Legal to ensure Duty of Care obligations are met for traveling employees. •Executive Protection: provide executive protection support for senior leadership, including during high-profile events, travel, and periods of elevated risk. Assess threat levels and recommend protection measures that are proportional to actual risk.
