This role owns program operations, participant development, manager partnerships, talent reviews, program placements and program outcomes. •Reporting to the Global Head of Early Career Talent Programs, the Global Rotational Program Manager will serve as the primary steward of Pacific Life’s rotational programs. •How You’ll Help Move Us Forward •Program Strategy & Governance: Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of rotational programs. Establish program standards, annual objectives, success metrics, and scalable processes that align with business and talent priorities. •Participant Experience & Development: Manage the end-to-end participant experience including onboarding, orientation, learning curriculum, mentorship initiatives, executive exposure opportunities, cohort engagement, and career development programming. •Rotation Planning & Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and rotation managers to identify rotational assignments, coordinate participant transitions, establish development objectives, and ensure participants gain meaningful experiences across the organization.
