Required Skills: •Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and continuously evolve a global, outcome‑driven product roadmap aligned with procurement and enterprise priorities. •Conduct market, industry, and technology research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and benchmarks. •Define product vision, success metrics, and key objectives/results that drive business outcomes. •Prioritize the backlog using data‑driven decision frameworks. •Lead Agile product management practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. •Own Project Management responsibilities for key initiatives within the Jaggaer ePro and Air Freight product space •Collaborate closely with IT, product team, and external partners to deliver enhancements, fixes, and major releases. •Ensure high‑quality, stable, and compliant product operations (system uptime, release quality, issue resolution). Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). •In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and Supplier Management processes. •Demonstrated success working in Agile environments. •Global Product Owner will assume responsibility for Jaggaer ePro and Air Freight tools.
