Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. •Proactive, self-directed, and ownership-oriented; anticipates needs and drives work forward. •Strong project management and execution skills; organizes ambiguous work, manages milestones, and ensures follow-through. •Excellent communication and storytelling skills; translates complex topics into clear insights, recommendations, and decision points. •Strong stakeholder management skills; builds alignment, influences across levels, and coordinates effectively across teams. •Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
