Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 10:27:58 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets, Equities, Fixed Income, PATs About the job Experience: •7-10 years of relevant experience in HR/Global Mobility, with an understanding of international business operations •10 years of relevant experience in HR/Global Mobility, with an understanding of international business operations Required Skills: •Manage all aspects of global mobility: policies, allowances, payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocation •Liaise with senior leadership, ex-pats, local staff, managers, and internal and external stakeholders related to global mobility •Optimize Global Mobility operations, including reviewing and updating policies, procedures and documents in collaboration with Tokyo GHR, regional Global Mobility teams, and HR professionals from other organizations •Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments, including relocation, immigration, host country onboarding, payroll management, and tax filing •Oversee US Global Mobility team by hosting frequent meetings with team member(s), train and coach them as well as help develop their career path •Manage and build relationships with external service providers related to Global Mobility payroll, tax, immigration, relocation, and benefits •Manage firm-wide immigration policies and procedures in collaboration with Legal Department Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •Specific experience with HRIS systems, payroll, accounting, and tax •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion •Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as applications related to human resources, benefits, and payroll administration •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across cultures and time zones, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and attention to sensitive matters Compensation: •$125,000 - $155,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Competitive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental and Vision) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
