Required Skills: •The Global Merchant, Sportswear will be an integral part of the Product Team •, working to establish and build the global business in the US, EMEA and APAC. •Actively facilitate and support Director of Merchandising in the development, communication, and delivery of the Seasonal Global Line Plan across all product categories. •Maintain and update global merchandising tools (line plans, pricing files), ensuring accuracy and timely distribution across cross-functional teams. •Assist in tracking global assortments, deliveries, and margin performance in partnership with Design, Product Development, and Supply Chain, flag risks and opportunities to the Manager. •Partner with Design to monitor the line plan by category, ensuring product briefs are met and that global business needs are fully covered. •Present seasonal product strategies and assortments to cross-functional global teams during key GTM milestones. •Manage global margin targets, partnering with Design, Product Development, and Costing to ensure profitability.
