Hiring: Global Market Access Senior Director, Oncology Company: GSK Location: Collegeville, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:52:20 Target Skills & Keywords : Embedded Systems, R About the job Experience: •15+ years relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies, Payer or Health Technology Assessment agencies, physician associations or relevant consultancy companies in a multi-national context •5+ years’ experience working in an above-country role/Global team in the Oncology market access space •5+ years’ experience working in the US payer or access environment •3+ years People Management experience, including experience managing and developing teams/direct reports Required Skills: •Lead a team that will provide strategic advice and leadership to assigned Oncology portfolio and brands globally with respect to market access and pricing, to develop innovative and competitive Payer Value Propositions and Pricing Strategies for launch and pipeline assets. •Development of GSK’s global strategy on pricing and access, embedded in the Integrated Asset Plan (IAP) •Customer insight into pricing and access trends •Innovation in approaches to pricing and access •Lead the cross-functional efforts (e.g., Global Market Access & Pricing Team – GMAP / Value and Access Teams – VAT) to deliver close alignment between insights into payer evidence needs, and ensure execution of plans to generate evidence (Integrated Evidence Plan) to support payer value proposition and pricing strategy •Guidance to the Medicines Development Lead (MDL) and Medicines Commercial Lead (MCL) consolidating the payer questions/evidence needs for key markets to inform strategy and tactics •Input to the evidence generation plan to ensure it will address critical payer questions •A market access strategy within the brand plans, fit for purpose and aligned to the overall market access strategy Qualifications: •Advanced degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Health Policy or Science •Demonstrated experience shaping oncology payer value propositions, evidence generation plans, and global pricing and access strategies across hematology and solid tumor assets from early development through launch and lifecycle management. •Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage uncertainty, and make sound global market access and pricing recommendations throughout the lifecycle •Agility and flexibility to support evolving team and business needs; recognized team player/coach •Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to senior leadership and tailor for different audiences •Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional matrix teams and build relationships across functions and geographies •Appreciation for External Relations and Public Health Issues in Oncology •Upper Providence, PA, Philadelphia, PA, UK (London) & Zug (Switzerland) Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
