Required Skills: •Leadership & Strategy •Lead and develop the global Sales Engineering function, providing technical leadership, coaching, and direction to Sales Engineers supporting regional and global accounts. •Partner with regional sales leadership to support strategic account planning, major customer engagements, and complex technical sales opportunities. •Contribute to Photronics’ global growth objectives through strong customer relationships and technical solution development. •Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership •Serve as the senior technical advisor for key semiconductor customers, supporting complex technical discussions, solution development, and strategic customer relationships. •Guide customer engagements, ensuring a strong understanding of device requirements, process challenges, and Photronics’ photomask capabilities. •Represent Photronics in technical discussions with customer engineering and technical teams.
