Required Skills: •Cyber Risk Consulting Strategy, Practice Growth, and Service Development •Own the Cyber Risk Consulting strategy within FM Solutions, including service direction, growth priorities, practice roadmap, team capability needs, and the evolution of current and future cyber resilience advisory offerings. •Lead the continued development and expansion of Cyber Risk Consulting services beyond traditional assessments, including cyber resilience advisory services, account-level cyber risk views, resilience planning, and other client-focused cyber solutions. •Identify emerging client needs, market expectations, broker feedback, and internal stakeholder priorities to guide service development and improve the relevance and value of FM’s cyber advisory offerings. •Support business development by helping identify client and broker needs, positioning Cyber Risk Consulting services, and partnering with Client Service Team and broker-facing teams to expand appropriate adoption of FM Solutions cyber resilience offerings. •Use data from cyber assessments and advisory engagements to identify trends, improve client insights, guide service development, and support FM Solutions strategy. •Define business needs, user requirements, service priorities, and reporting expectations for Cyber Risk Consulting tools, assessment workflows, data outputs, and client-facing deliverables, while partnering with technology, data, and operations teams responsible for platform development and support. •Client, Broker, and Market-Facing Advisory Leadership Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, business, risk management, or a related field. Equivalent cybersecurity, insurance, consulting, advisory, or leadership experience may be considered. •Minimum of 10 years of IT or cybersecurity experience required. •Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing talent, setting priorities, and improving delivery quality. •Demonstrated experience developing or growing consulting, advisory, risk management, cyber, or technical service capabilities. •Operational technology, industrial control systems, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or physical operations cyber exposure preferred. •Strong leadership, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across FM Solutions, Engineering, Research, Underwriting, Operations, account teams, broker-facing teams, and clients. •Demonstrated capacity to lead and grow a Cyber Risk Consulting practice, including service strategy, team development, delivery quality, client engagement, and practice visibility. •Strong client advisory skills, including the ability to understand client needs, build trust, explain cyber resilience concepts clearly, and connect technical cyber issues to business priorities. •Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate cyber topics to senior client leaders, brokers, underwriting leaders, and internal executives. •Credible cybersecurity judgment, with the ability to guide technical specialists, challenge assumptions, and make sound decisions when presented with complex cyber risk issues.
