Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications is required. Required Skills: •Job Title: Global HR Compliance Specialist •Jacksonville, FL or Kansas City, MO (hybrid work schedule) •The Global HR Compliance Specialist, reporting to the Director of Global HR Compliance & Employee Relations, supports the development and execution of SS&C’s global HR compliance strategy, with responsibility for helping ensure alignment with employment laws and regulatory requirements across multiple countries and regions. •This role will partner with regional HR teams and HR Centers of Excellence to monitor evolving employment requirements, assess organizational impact, identify compliance risks, and support consistent and legally compliant HR policies, processes and practices across the employee lifecycle. •SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Qualifications: •Master's degree and at least 1 year of related experience or Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
