Required Skills: •Clearwater Analytics is seeking a strategic and high-energy leader to serve as the Global Head of Consultant Relationships •. This critical role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy with the investment and operational consultant community across North America and EMEA. •Strategy Development: Create and implement a global consultant engagement framework that identifies, prioritizes, and cultivates relationships with key influencers at global and regional consultancy firms. •Brand Advocacy & Education: Act as the primary technical and strategic ambassador to the consultant community. Conduct deep-dive sessions on Clearwater’s capabilities, including investment accounting, data aggregation, and reporting. •RFP Pipeline Management: Systematically increase Clearwater’s "win rate" by ensuring consultants are equipped with the latest collateral, case studies, and roadmap updates to confidently recommend Clearwater during client searches. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales and Product teams to align consultant feedback with product development and to coordinate "boots on the ground" efforts for specific regional opportunities. •Market Intelligence: Monitor the evolving needs of asset managers, insurance providers, and asset owners to provide feedback to the executive team on how Clearwater can better solve for industry-wide pain points. •Event Leadership: Represent Clearwater at key industry conferences and host bespoke "Consultant Day" events to foster high-level networking and thought leadership. Qualifications: •Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle, specifically accounting, risk, and regulatory reporting for institutional investors. •Global Mindset: Experience managing relationships across both North American and European markets, with an understanding of regional regulatory nuances. •Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for C-suite influencers. •Network: An existing book of contacts within the global investment consulting community (e.g., Mercer, Callan, Albourne, NEPC, etc.) is highly preferred. •Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to engage with global teams and partners.
