From engineering and manufacturing to brand development, design and innovation, we are dedicated to providing unique solutions to exceed our customers’ expectations and fuel consumers’ desire for glass. •Proactively identify, research, interpret, and evaluate grants, incentives, tax credits, loans, and other funding opportunities relevant to company operations and investments globally. •Monitor legislative, regulatory, and economic development trends; assess their business implications; and advise leaders on emerging opportunities, requirements, and risks. •Serve as the company’s grants and incentives subject-matter expert, providing recommendations on eligibility, funding structures, application strategies, compliance obligations, and benefit realization. •Lead the preparation and submission of incentive applications, business cases, financial analyses, agreements, reporting packages, and compliance documentation by directing and validating input from internal teams and external advisors. •Participate in negotiations and strategic discussions with public authorities, economic development agencies, and other external partners, coordinating with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Government Affairs as appropriate. •Oversee cross-functional and cross-regional workstreams involving Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Corporate Development, and other stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and delivery. •Establish and maintain global process governance, including opportunity intake, prioritization, approvals, controls, documentation, reporting cadence, escalation protocols, and audit readiness. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Law, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred. •Demonstrated experience evaluating, securing, negotiating, and managing material grants or incentive opportunities and ensuring ongoing compliance with award requirements. •Strong financial and business acumen, including experience developing business cases, evaluating return on investment, forecasting benefits, and translating complex information into actionable recommendations. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders, lead in a matrix organization, resolve competing priorities, and build effective relationships with government authorities, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders. •Strong negotiation, analytical, written communication, and executive presentation skills. Experience in a global, multi-region, multi-site, manufacturing, or similarly complex organization preferred. •Strong project management and organizational skills, and advanced proficiency with Excel, databases, reporting and visualization tools, and document management systems.
