Industry or government experience a plus. Required Skills: •Serve as the primary project manager for speaking engagements to include drafting remarks, creating powerpoints and other visuals, incorporating feedback and delivering readahead packages. •Build and execute an annual executive communications strategy for executives to deliver brand-shaping narratives. •Work cross functionally with members of the International and Global Business development teams and business area and enterprise communicators to develop compelling narratives and proof points that align with the business strategy. •Craft articles, talking points, leave-behinds and other content with a focus on customer priorities. •Manage executive social media; craft posts, amplify relevant content and curate an audience. •Manage and analyze metrics. •Remain agile and responsive to evolving business communications needs, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines. •Provide back-up support and contribute as needed to deliver on team priorities. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or equivalent and professional training. •Solid functional working knowledge of global news environment and ability to stay abreast of geopolitical developments. •Excellent writing and editing skills, including the use of AP Style. •Excellent project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to build both strategic and tactical plans that drive perceptions, deliver key messages and get results. •Operational familiarity with a wide variety of communication channels, techniques and emerging technologies, with a natural curiosity that leads to continuous improvement. •Proven exceptional strategic, written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and motivate action. •Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
