Required Skills: •Remote Global End User IT Operational Support Associate – Advance Logistics Center •Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, UPS and network systems within the ALC’s globally, working closely with the global Support teams and third-party providers. •ITSM Ticket management within agreed SLA’s •Troubleshoot, Co-ordinate and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. •Co-ordinate the maintenance and monitoring of network & Server infrastructure and connectivity globally for ALC’s. •Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems for process improvement. •Ensure that the WMS and WCS applications are correctly configured, user account management, and the integration of new features meet the needs of the ALC team. •Technical and user support for WMS applications and satellite software with support from other Global support teams. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Operational familiarity with network infrastructure and maintenance. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
