Hiring: Gifting Operations Coordinator Company: Wildcard Location: Santa Monica, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:08:36 Target Skills & Keywords : Amplitude About the job Required Skills: •We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on operator to help bring the physical part of Wildcard campaigns to life : turning creative concepts and individual components into beautifully finished, one-of-a-kind packages. •This is a highly physical, hands-on role. On any given day, you might be assembling a custom gift, handwriting a letter, laser engraver, 3D printing, figuring out how to package something unusual, organizing dozens of campaign components, or doing the final QA before a campaign ships. •You’ll work closely with our Campaign Coordinators to make sure every detail of the original creative vision makes it into the finished product and that everything leaving our studio meets Wildcard’s quality bar. •The right person takes real satisfaction in making things look great, loves working with their hands, keeping a workspace incredibly organized, and catching the tiny details other people miss. •Campaign Production & Fulfillment - Assemble, package, and finish one-of-a-kind campaigns to a consistent, premium standard •Execute final creative details needed to bring campaigns to life •Handwrite personalized letters and notes •Own and use our in-house equipment like vinyl cutters, laser engravers, printers, etc. Qualifications: •You’re equal parts maker and operator. •Professional experience with these tools isn’t required. We care more about having the instinct to figure out how to make something and the taste to know when the finished product feels great. •At the same time, you’re extremely detail-oriented.
